A: We usually have battery cells in stock. Battery packs need to be assembled, as different customers have different requirements. Even if the voltage and capacity are the same, other parameters may vary. However, we can finish your samples quickly once the order is confirmed.
Q: What's the delivery time for mass production?
A: Usually 25–30 days. It depends on the order quantity, materials, battery cell model, and other factors. We suggest confirming the delivery time on a case-by-case basis.
Q: What kind of certificates can you provide for the battery?
A: For some 3.7 V Li-Po batteries, we already have various certificates. For custom-designed products, there may be no existing certificates. We can apply for CE, UL, UN38.3, and other related certifications upon request. The certification fees need to be paid by the customer, but if the order quantity is large enough, the certification fees can be refunded.
Q: How long does it take to fully charge?
A: Standard charging takes about 2.75 hours, while rapid charging takes around 2 hours.
