Cell Dimensions
The cell's length, width, and thickness can be customized based on the space constraints of the end product, ensuring a compact and rational internal layout and improving device integration.
Voltage Platform and Capacity Configuration
Supports customization of different voltage platforms, including 3.7V, 3.8V, and 4.2V. Capacity can be flexibly configured from tens to thousands of mAh, meeting product endurance requirements and power consumption requirements.
Discharge Rate and Fast Charge Performance
Customizable discharge rates from 1C to over 3C based on the usage scenario, enabling instantaneous high-current output or fast charging, suitable for high-power or fast-charging products.
Protection Circuit Design (PCM/BMS)
Supports customization of overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short-circuit protection, and temperature control modules. It can also integrate Bluetooth communication and I²C/SMBus interfaces to implement intelligent battery management.

Demand Research and Information Collection
Customers provide information such as basic usage scenarios, target dimensions, battery life, operating voltage, current requirements, and certification requirements. We will conduct a professional evaluation and develop a preliminary solution.
Technical Solution Design and Review and Confirmation
Our engineering team will develop a complete technical solution, including cell selection, protection circuit configuration, form factor, and process matching, and will communicate with the customer to confirm all customization details.
Sample Trial Production and Performance Verification
Based on the confirmed solution, we conduct prototype production and conduct multiple tests, including capacity, rate, temperature rise, cycle life, and safety, to ensure that the prototype meets the customer's expected functions and standards.
Customer Review and Optimization Feedback
Customers will conduct full-device adaptation testing on the prototype and provide feedback on improvements. If parameter or structure optimization is required, we may make one or more proposal adjustments and re-prototypes.
Mass Production and Process Control
After passing sample verification, we enter the mass production phase, implementing standardized process controls, including incoming material inspection, process monitoring, functional testing, and final shipment inspection, to ensure consistent quality across batches.
After-Sales Tracking and Technical Support
We provide ongoing technical support and after-sales service after product shipment, tracking battery performance in customer products and actively collecting market feedback to provide data support for subsequent optimization and new product development.
